Bikinis By Eva guarantees all bikinis are hand-made to the highest quality and will be delivered in a safe and secure manner. We will deal promptly with any issues that may arise concerning your order.
Due to the handmade nature of Bikinis By Eva, no two bikinis will be identical. There may be variation between colour, texture, design, and size; however, we endeavour to maintain as much consistency as possible.

Please read carefully – by placing an order with Bikinis By Eva, you are acknowledging your agreement to the following conditions.
PRICE
All prices are quoted in Euros, which is applicable to all EU countries.
Delivery is made at an additional cost. Please see the postage and packaging conditions regarding these costs [which are determined by the final size and destination of your order] to EU countries, the UK, and the rest of the world.
We reserve the right to make price changes without any prior notice; however, this will not occur for goods already ordered and awaiting delivery. Payment is accepted via debit/credit transaction over the website, Bank Transfer, and cash on collection. Goods will not be dispatched until we have received full payment. We are not responsible for any charges incurred by you from your bank in relation to the processing of any order made with us. Please note that if, for any reason, your payment is not authorized by your bank, we will not be able to proceed with your order, and it will be cancelled.
DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Bikinis By Eva aims to complete any orders within the selected time frame on the completed order form and receipt of deposit, but if this isn’t possible, we will email you. Delivery takes 3-15 business days, depending on the courier service and destination country. All orders are sent by recorded delivery, and tracking numbers can be sent upon request. Each bikini is packaged in a branded satin bag for safe storage and easy transport to your competition. We ship all bikinis in a sturdy box, wrapped in bubble wrap, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Bikinis By Eva cannot accept any responsibility for delays caused by strikes (postal etc.) or any Acts of God. During busy periods, i.e. Christmas, please allow for additional time for posting. Please ensure you provide a complete postal address – we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are undelivered due to the submission of an incomplete or incorrect address. Please ensure that there is someone at this address who can accept delivery – we cannot accept any responsibility for items that are undelivered.
Bikinis By Eva cannot be held responsible for orders, for which we hold a proof of posting (a receipt from the Post Office or other courier delivery services), that are lost or damaged in the mail. Please note, all claims must be processed by you (the customer) against the courier used.
The buyer is responsible for all the customs fees which may apply if shipped outside the European Union. All the customs fees are paid by the customer.
DESIGN & FIT
Once you decide on a bikini idea and fulfil an order, the colour of fabric and crystals, bikini type, and shape cannot be changed unless agreed otherwise between Bikinis By Eva and the buyer. If a bikini was created by the example picture taken from another designer’s bikini, the final bikini result might be slightly different from the original pictures. There are many factors that can cause a different final look. Example: picture lighting, Photoshop used on pictures, different retailers of fabric and crystals, camera settings, etc. Please take all of this into consideration.
Please be aware that the colour on your display screen may vary from the actual colour of the bikini design selected, and Bikinis By Eva is not responsible for a difference in actual colour. Fabric or rhinestones may be discontinued without notice. However, we aim to use the most similar colour replacement as possible.
Please note that the expected final result and the actual look of the bikini might differ when wearing due to stage lights, tan, etc. Stage lighting may alter the shade of your bikini. Please note that AB crystals & coloured crystals may alter the colour of your bikini.
All bikinis are handmade and should be handled with care. Loss of crystals may happen, so it is wise to store the bikini in a safe place. Bikinis By Eva is not responsible for any loss of stones or breakages. For online orders, please ensure all measurements submitted are accurate. Bikinis By Eva cannot be held responsible for a bikini that does not fit due to incorrect measurements. Please refer to the size guides provided to ensure you order the correct size.
CARE OF THE BIKINI
- Do not machine wash. Do not tumble dry. Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.
- All crystals & connectors used are non-washable.
- We recommend cleaning your bikini as soon as possible after each show.
- Use a damp cloth or baby wipes to clean. Softly clean all over the bikini, including crystals. Crystals may lose their shine if there is tan left on them.
- The bottoms part between legs can be softly washed with soap and water. Do not rub it, only softly clean it and let it dry naturally.
- It is normal that, after some time, you may lose a few crystals. We provide you with spare crystals & glue. You can also use glue such as “super moment,” which needs to be transparent once dry.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Bikinis cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons and refunds are not issued. You may choose to cancel the order at any point; however, by doing so, you will forfeit your deposit of 200 Eur. Deposits are non-exchangeable for other products should you wish to cancel your order. If an order is paid in full and the order is cancelled, a partial refund of 50% will be issued if the order is cancelled after the bikini has started being created. The 50% refund will be made within 10 business days after your request. After that, no refunds will be issued.
If there are any problems upon receiving an order, please contact info@bikinisbyeva.com so that the issue may be resolved. If, by our mutual agreement, the bikini is sent back for corrections, alterations, upgrades, restoration, etc., the bikini must be CLEANED. Otherwise, a fee of 50 EUR will be charged.
JEWELLERY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging. If we are not informed within these 48 hours, it will be considered that the item was received in proper condition, and any later claims or complaints will not be accepted.
Returns for defective items must be approved before shipping. Unapproved returns will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is confirmed to be defective after inspection, we will refund the standard shipping cost (up to €5.00 max). The package costs of the return are non refunded. If you choose a more expensive shipping method, the additional cost will not be covered. The receipts must be provided upon the shipping.
Items that show signs of wear, damage caused by improper handling, or modifications made by the customer are not eligible for return and in such cases the return costs are not covered.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item is not in its original condition or the return was not approved by us prior the shipping.
READY TO BUY
Applicable only for purchases within the Baltic states (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia)
Payment
• Full payment for the bikini is required before shipment, plus delivery fees.
Returns
• If you decide to return the bikini, you must inform us in advance. We will register the return and provide you with the shipment code.
• The bikini must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn and undamaged.
• The bikini must be shipped back within 48 hours from the moment of delivery confirmation (based on the tracking system website).
• A return fee will be applied depending on the country:
Lithuania – €23
Latvia – €35
Estonia – €40
This fee covers shipping, return handling, packaging, and administrative costs.
• The customer is responsible for ensuring the item is safely returned.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to additional charges.
Try-On Guidelines
• The bikini is intended for home try-on only.
• Items must not be altered, modified, or repaired
• It must not be worn for photoshoots, training sessions, or competitions.
• Please try on the bikini carefully and avoid overstretching.
• For hygiene reasons, it is recommended to try the bikini on over your own underwear.
• Avoid contact with makeup, self-tanning products, body oils, powders, perfumes, deodorants, lotions, or similar products.
• The bikini must be returned in its original packaging, including the satin bag, push-up inserts, and any additional crystals with glue.
• If tried on without underwear, the bottom area must be carefully checked to ensure it is completely clean before returning.
• Any signs of use beyond try-on will result in refusal or additional charges.
Important
• Returns may be refused or subject to additional charges if the bikini shows any signs of stains, odors, cosmetic marks, or other damage.
• The customer is responsible for maintaining the condition and safety of the bikini during the try-on period.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
Refunds
• Once the bikini is received and inspected, the refund will be issued minus the applicable return fee.
• Refunds are processed within 1-4 business days after inspection via the original payment method.
PRIVACY
Please note that your stage pictures and/or videos might be used for Bikinis By Eva advertising purposes (social media posts, banners, website, etc.).
We do not sell or pass on any of our customer’s information, i.e., name, address, email address, etc., to any other parties. By supplying your email address, we reserve the right to contact you regarding your order and, on occasion, may email you about our products. If you do not wish to receive any promotional material from us, please contact us at info@bikinisbyeva.com, and we will remove your details from our mailing list.
By using our website and placing an order, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information at any time.
COPYRIGHT NOTICE
We retain copyright & permissions on all materials on our website, including photographs and images, page design, text, product names and descriptions, or any of our products, and these may not be reproduced in whole or in part by electronic or other means without our prior written consent.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Bikinis By Eva is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, except where such liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
FORCE MAJEURE
Bikinis By Eva shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or technological failures.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bikinis By Eva reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
